Surprisingly, I never met Randy in person. I requested a quote via his website and he came when I wasn't home and left a written estimate. I called to schedule service and it took a few weeks but I wasn't in a big rush. The gutters were installed Monday by the time I got home from work and he left an invoice. I called him this morning to provide payment. Communication could have been a bit better since I didn't know when they scheduled the install until I asked, and then it got rescheduled. But the gutters look good and the price was hundreds less than the other two quotes I received.

He was punctual and was here when he said he'd be. He promptly returned my call when I asked for an estimate. The work done quickly and he was able to match the color of the gutters to the trim of my home.

Very professional job! Very clearly written estimate on the exact cost of the gutters, covers and downspouts. Randy did the estimate on time, and everything was explained to us very clearly in writing for what options we had, along with the cost for the various options as far as the covers. When we called back to schedule the installation he made the appointment to do the work within a few days. The crew showed up on time, and they did a very good job, and they were very polite and courteous. No hidden costs... The cost was precisely what he quoted us. This was our first hire from Angie's List, and we couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend this company!

All in all it went great! There was a problem with the crew showing up the day after I thought they were going to but I blame myself for that because I set a date with the owner on the day he gave me the quote, cancelled the installment and then called back and re-scheduled for the original date. The crew went right to work and finished within four hours. Which I thought was fantastic considering they had to work-a-round another work crew that was working in my crawl space on other issues. The crew was very professional, courteous and informative. They answered all my questions thoroughly. I asked if they noticed any rotting or other problems on the roof and eaves. Luckily for me there wasn't any. My neighbors were very impressed. One neighbor said, "I love your gutters! They did a great job. They didn't stay long though." I decided to go with 'The Gutter Man' because of the ratings on Angie's List and a high recommendation from Dennis Kolenc the owner of 'Call Mr. Fix It' (a highly qualified home repair man as well as builder of garages, additions, kennels, etc.). I will recommend 'The Gutter Man' to all our neighbors and friends in a nanosecond! Donna

Showed up as promised, went right to work, Made all guttering on site and made installing look easy. Came back next morning and installed all down spouts and cleaned up any mess that might have been created. All in all, a very professional job, would use again if needed.

Requested Free Estimate using the request form on The Gutter Man website. Randy came out within a day or two and provided a verbal estimate on the spot. He followed up with a written estimate via email. We scheduled the job. He told me his installation crew would be at my house at 9:00 am on March 1st. They arrived at 8:55 and got to work right away. Kevin and his team did a clean job on the install and we are very pleased with the end result. I will recommend The Gutter Man to anybody.

I called and left a message. He replied very quickly, and was very cordial on the phone. We set up a time for him to come by and work up an estimate. He said we would not need to be there for him to do it. He subsequently provided an estimate, which we compared to two others. He was right in the middle in terms of price. We agreed upon a date, and the crew showed up when promised. They very quickly did the work (installing the gutters and gutter caps) and cleaned up after themselves very well. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would use him again if I needed to. I recommend him very highly.

I was very satisfied with the whole project. They met all of our expectations and then some. They helped me install the rain barrels and came back out immediately when I needed them to fix something that I messed up. Over all I would hire them again in the future. Thanks for the wonderful gutters. They look fabulous.

They did a wonderful job. They even came out to doublecheck the color match prior to ordering the gutters after we set up the appointment. Part of the covers did not arrive in the mail, but they went out of their way to find replacements in less time than to order new one. The crew was polite, clean and professional. The gutters look like they were custom made for the house!

They did a really good job. Showed up when they said they would. Did a good job and cleaned up when they were done.

Overall good installation. Several down spouts were all installed directly on top of my sprinkler heads with no regard to their placement. The water pours on top of the sprinkler heads creating a crater around the sprinklers. After notifying Randy, it took about a week or so and they came out and fixed it. The work was good, but they seem busy so there is a bit of a wait.

arrived on time went right to work installing partial front and complete rear gutters...had them back a month or so later and finished up the front. Great job higly reccomend

It was a reasonable quote, but we just went with the other guy. He estimated the price at $500. He was professional and nice on the phone. He came out that next day and did a quick estimate. He understood that the house had 30 minutes of work, so he just went ahead and looked at the house. He responded very quickly. If we need to, we would use him again in the future.

The gutter man is a great service. At my request, the representative came out and left an estimate containing the layout and plans of the work to be done as well as the amount it would cost. I needed to amend the plans a little bit which presented no problem. Once the details were ironed out, it did take a few days for the crews to get out and do the work, only because of bad weather. The work done was great. Seams and installation were top-notch. They even removed some useless water channels that the home builder had installed, which I appreciate because that meant that I didn't have to do it. Overall great experience.
