Teresa was an absolute godsend! We were recommended to Teresa when we were just thinking about looking into buying a new home and she was so incredibly helpful. We ended up selling our home AND buying a new one, she made the entire process so smooth and easy. Teresa breaks down the selling process with you so it’s easier to understand what needs to be done in order to get your house sold quickly! Then when it came to buying our house again she explained everything and was very thorough in the buying process! I honestly don’t think we would have been able to do both buying and selling at the same time without her!

As a first time time home buyer there was a lot of apprehension about how the process worked and how to get started. Not after we met Teresa! She patiently guided us through the entire process, worked long hours doing her due diligence to make sure she found the house we were looking for, and on occasion would even help my wife watch our two young kids when I was unavailable to attend showings or design appointments. Her kindness is unmatched and work ethic is unparalleled. She went above and beyond to help us get the home that we needed and only out of her passion for people and helping new families like us trying to get our start. 10/10 recommendation. I can’t say enough good things about Teresa and how she facilitated a great home buying experience.

She did a wonderful job. She did a great job of communicating with me during the whole process. She was available all hours of the day. She did everything. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. She went above and beyond all expectations. She even went so far as to drive our daily route to estimate our commute from the house to work/school and any services we would need in the area. She also just recently opened a dance studio that my child is attending.
