TEAM HARRIS INC

I was living in Kansas when I first started looking for a place to live in Fayetteville, NC. Several people were moving to the same location or had lived there before because we were all military. When I asked who I should use Team Harris was the name I heard the most with great reviews. I'm glad I chose Team Harris and highly recommend them for anyone else.

They were often difficult to reach. We found our own tenants. Things happened in our property that we found out from the tenants vs the property manager. Communication was the main issue. Sometimes they were on top of things....other times....not so much. They were Inconsistent.

Team harris put my house on the market but failed to communicate appropriately. They were asked on multiple occasions to call back and let us know the status of the house and if they would call back it would take them at least a week. When they walked into our house the first thing they told us was they were not like any other realtors in the area. They said that after the sign was going to the yard they would do anything and everything they can do to sell our house. When we asked why our house was not selling nor us getting any showings they would respond that the weather had everything to do with why the house is not selling . bottom line is that they just don't want to sell your house if they think it's not a potential profit for them.
