Kevin (Sold and Rented) is our property manager for a single family house in Hope Mills. We have used him since we started renting the property in 2014. I spent a fairly significant amount of time researching and interviewing PMs before finding Kevin. He has been nothing but outstanding since the start. He made time to come to our house not once, but twice. The first time was the initial visit and house inspection. The second was when he came back to actually sign the contract. I never had to go find him. He always responds to calls and email in a timely manner, and will answer whatever questions you have. He also finds quality tenants, running credit and background checks. If he thinks a tenant would be too big a risk for you, he will keep looking. He did call me once at the request of a prospective tenant, after he had denied them. He explained his reasons why he had denied them, but left the decision to me. I went with his experience and recommendation. I cant say what would have happened with that person, but the tenant he found took impeccable care of our house. Kevin is also a handy man, so you will not be hit with $50-75 service charges all of the time for the small things that occur. Charges the standard 10%, but no additional fees, which is rare! To be fair and honest, Kevin could be considered a little blunt. Not rude or impatient, but very direct. I have no issue with this, and I do not believe that it effects his ability to do the job well. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, without question.
