Used Snow's to move a fence that was over the property line. I was happy to move the fence just as long as the same quality of care was placed into the movement as was the original installation. The fence had been over the proprty line by mistake. Previously there was no house on the lot and the lots are pie shaped so the fence was over by 20 inches at one end and 10 inches at the other. Snow's was not going to replace the gravel used for drainage in the original fence and not re-cement the post in. I was highly disappointed. It took a call and several conversations with the builder of the house to finally get Snow's to place the fence correctly.
Description of Work: Move existing fence by a foot and a half to keep within property line.

I contacted this company to repair my irrigation system. My initial call was returned in several days with message on answering machine. I returned call within 15 minutes but after several days-no return call. I had to call several times before I was given an appt. I appreciated that I wasn't given an excuse, but did receive an apology. I normally wouldn't call repeatedly, but company had been out a few months earlier and problem was diagnosed but work postponed. When the crew came, they were polite and fixed the problem. I was satisfied with the quality of work performed. I would use them again, but would hope calls would be returned more promptly.
Description of Work: Replace back flow, adjust sprinkler heads.

The plants were poor quality. A lot of the centipede sod died even though we watered and fertilized it correctly.
Description of Work: Snows landscaped my new house. Everything they did was shoddy. Other neighbors had the same problem with them. When mentioning Snows at local nurseries and garden supply stores, they just shake their head and say they've heard that a lot.

We will never use them again. They were supposed to bring Japanese maples and that is not what we got. It wasn't all that great. We saw some Japanese maples somewhere else after the fact, which were not $100-200 that they said they had to pay for each maple. The quality of their work was okay; we could have probably done it ourselves after we saw how it looked. We called them a few times and they were supposed to call back, but we had to keep calling. They were on time when they came to do the work.
