George is very meticulous to the details and wants everything to be perfect, even if I was not concerned with something if he saw it and was not satisfied he fixed it, in short order. He was here when he said he would be here and coordinated all other services that were needed. We have used George several times in the past and I dont even bother to call anyone else because if he does it and something happens he quickly returns to fix it or ensure it is to my liking. As an example he previoiusly put vinyl siding on my house and when I opened a window in the evening, the vinyl caught on the window edge and pulled away from the frame, when I told him about it it was fixed the next day. Patricia completed the painting, work was neat and there was not a spot of paint where it should not have been that I have found yet. I was very satisfied with the complete job.

We requested an estimate, and set up an appointment, but they did not come. They called and said they had an emergency, and rescheduled. They did show up on time the second time, and gave us an estimate on this and painting and other repairs. Ultimately, another company gave a slightly lower estimate, and was willing to do more of the repairs (remove wallpaper, etc.). So we went with them, but they could not repair the boards that were damaged on the exterior of the house, so we called Smith HI and asked if they could just do that, and for an estimate. They charged $165.00 and showed up on time, did the work quickly, and cleaned up well after themselves. I would definitely hire them again.

George and his wife are FANTASTIC. I would highly recommend them. They know what they are doing. They return your call and show up when they say they will. They complete the repair in just a few hours.

Even though we had heavy damage locally due to tornadoes, they did not try to price gauge. They are willing to take on even small projects, but have done a great job with the big ones, too.

From the time of his estimate to scheduled repairs Smith Home Improvement was punctual and professional. We have had this house for 12 years and this is the second or third round of repair for some problems. We have never had work done that looks brand new and actually fixed the problems.

He did good work for a good price. He also wrapped some vinyl on some door facing, put shutters. I have a few more things for him to do, but we have had a lot of rain. Price is approximately for the railings.
