The fence that Smelcer installed is lying flat on the ground. The fence started to lean a year or so after installation. One side of the fence is leaning on the trees (See photos attached).

Overall was C, due to the lack of knowledge on construction. Gates were constructed poorly, the gates did not hold proper position, not even for 12 months. They were reconstructed again.

had to call numerous times after the job was completed for repairs to fix fence. fence is falling apart in several places, and no resolution to the issue by smelcer contractors. called repeatedly to have issue resloved but no reply by owner, to fix the fence installed by smelcer.

I called for an estimate and they scheduled me for 2 days later. They came out promptly when they said they would and gave us an estimate of $2200.00. We decided to go with them after a receiving 2 higher estimates already. They were behind in their projects and upfront about it. They scheduled me for 2 weeks from the date of the estimate. They called the day prior and reminded me they were coming out. I have a pretty big yard and they brought 4 men to work on the project. My husband and I had to clear some parts of the yard for them before they came, but in one day, they finished the welded wire portion. They came back the next day and installed a nice looking picket-fence driveway gate. They didn't paint it, but then again I didn't ask for it to be painted. I put the project on my credit card and gave them a $1000 deposit before the project started. After they were complete, they charged my credit card $825, which was $375 less than I was expecting from the original estimate. The quality was great and despite a few stray nails on the ground, I was very happy with Smelcer. Nice, honest, hard-working. I would definitely recommend use them again and recommend them to others.
