Riverside Lawn Care

Hired Patrick in March '15 for year round lawn service every two weeks. I paid him in advance for the month. Then on 7/15/2015 I receive a SMS stating he can't service my yard anymore. He still owed me another service which he never showed up to do, never returned my gate key and never responded to my SMS requesting my key be returned or an explanation.

I try to get service, never happen.

They did a good job.

He knocked over and broke a concrete decor fixture in my lawn while mowing on a ride mower, he offered to pay for it but did not let me know until after I had paid him for the work; had I known beforehand I would have just deducted the value out of his pay but he did not notify me ahead of time.

Never happened!

I can not speak more highly of Patrick... he is awesome! He did an initial lawn clean-up and it's the little extra care he takes to make everything look perfect! Patrick is my new go to guy for lawn & yard maintenance. I originally had him come by for an estimate to do ongoing lawn maintenance when I requested an estimate to do the above noted work. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He gave me a detailed written estimate after measuring. I accepted and he immediately started. Called Patrick on 10/2 to ask if they handled pine straw removal to which Patrick replied they did. He not only came to provide an estimate but was able to perform the work immediately! I would highly recommend Riverside Lawn Care and plan to use them again in the future!

Mr. Patrick Augustine and two assistants arrived on time, politely introduced themselves, received my instructions, and got right to work. These men were very professional, hard-working, and conscientious about how they did their job. They overlooked no detail, no matter how small. Our yard, front and back, had never looked so good when they were finished. I am really happy to have found this lawn service, thanks to Angie's List.

Great service, friendly and professional staff, completed the job even though I added to it after they got there... it's a work in progress but I'm confident that I chose the right company for the job. We hired them on for regular lawn/yard maintenance.

I called riverside yard work the day I needed service. They did not disappoint. They work through rain and hot weather to get the job done. Offered military service and Angie's list discount. We will definitely use then again.

They were very thorough and he checked with me before he did anything. He explained the whole thing, what cost I was looking at and what he was going to do. He was very good. It was more expensive than some but it was reasonable for the amount of work they did. They even cleaned between the cracks and the driveway.

They came out and did more the I could ever expect.

From the initial meeting for an estimate, I have experienced nothing less then perfect professionalism from the entire crew. Although I have a scheduled day, I still get a courtesy call. Every member of the team is polite, friendly and seem to be genuinely happy to complete this service for me. They seem to take pride in my yard as if it were their own. Fast, friendly, and more efficient then ever anticipated! Love these guys!

They were great. The guy who was in charge of it was Mr. Patrick; he was very thorough. He kept making sure that he looked over everything carefully before doing anything. He did the shrubs himself which was gorgeous. They are very detailed and I appreciate that. I am going to get my lawn maintained by a local person but I needed somebody to clean it up because I had just moved in. They are a little pricey for me.

I keep using him so he gave me his cell phone number. He always returns my calls. He usually can come out the same week that I called him and he fits me into his schedule. I don't use him on a regular basis; I can't afford it just to cut my grass every three weeks. But when I want to make sure to get all the edges and stuff done, I'll call him out definitely. He's in my contact list.

He provided an excellent service, He gave me a free estimate then he said he will be back next week, so he came back and he performed a great job, He is licensed and insured I will definitely use him again and recommend him for anybody.

I contacted Riverside Lawn Care. Initially it went pretty well but he was supposed to call me back so we could meet over at the property and he never got back with me. So I just didn't return the call. I have since tried to get in touch with someone else. I did get an estimate from him. The estimate was done in February. He was very prompt in responding to my initial phone call and even went out and looked at the property for me and gave me an estimate over the phone. But I said before I wanted to you know get him to start work. I wanted to meet him out there and and finalize the details of the project. And unfortunately our schedules conflicted and he just never returned the call to try and set up a time. I don't know what happened, it all fell through. He initially quoted me $3,000. He was going to raise a gravel driveway and sod the front yard and remove a small dogwood tree.

The arrive at scheduled time with his crew, asked what we wanted to see done, he gave us the price and did the yard work to include leaf removal . Very well mannered and respectful. Met our needs and will continue to service our yard to including landscaping. Recommend him to everyone.

Patrick was very professional, helpful and did a wonderful job explaining the process from start to finish. Our agreed upon price was paid once I was satisfied with the work he and his collegue completed.

They showed up and began work right away. It took them awhile to get all of it done as I hadn't cleaned it up all winter. The crew and owner worked together on getting it done and they were very polite. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone needing yard work done. I know I will most certainly use them again in the future for my lawn care needs.

Overall we had a great experience. Originally I felt the price was a little high but after the work was completed I felt a little better. When I called the owner answered right away and ended up coming out within the hour to do the estimate. We set a date and that was it. When they came out they were on time. They removed all the pine needles, edged the driveway and patio, and blew the pine needles off the roof. The only complaint I had is I wish they would have removed the pine needles from the flower beds. Although I knew this from the time of the estimate, I still think it should have gone with it as I did hire them for a yard clean up. But other than that the work was done well, they were very pleasant to deal with and very responsive.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company. The owner is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Riverside always pays attention to the details neatly rolling up my hose and stacking the numerous dog toys strewn about the yard when preparing to mow, nothing is ever carelessly tossed or shoved aside. Every bit of yard debris is always picked-up and towed away. Prices are very reasonable and getting help tilling up the garden was a breeze. Patrick offered to pull up the weed block and till under our large garden for $100. I have thoroughly enjoyed the extra help around the yard and my yard looks better than ever. Very nice change from a previous company I had a terrible time with.
