+ -1 morePeople should take lessons on courtesy and professionalism from Carmelita. If she couldn't answer a question (rare) she didn't make something up to "satisfy" the customer and get them out of her office or off the phone. If she didn't know the answer she would say so and get back to us in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Thoroughly checked our financial history and gave us a copy of the results, filled out forms for FHA mortgage, gave the best locked in percentage, walked us through and explained the FHA mortgage process, accepted our mortgage loan.
