Was on a weekend, tried to contact and no response by phone. No returned call. Tried to fill out contact information so they could email or call. No response. They are either lousy or dead.

On 6/18/14 we made an offer on a home. After several negotiations we had a signed sales contract on 6/25/14. On July 11th the appraisal was ordered and on July 18th it was completed and turn in. My Realtor then spend 8 days gathering estimates for the work that needed to be completed before closing. On July 25th she gave these estimates to John Bunce and he decided he wanted different ones. He has had the same 8 days to get the estimates. He did not turn in the estimates he was given for review. On July 31st, he finally stated he had gotten his own estimates and was uploading them. He did not in a timely manner send them. He did not send anything until Saturday, August 2, 2014. The asset manager would have gotten them Thursday had they been sent, but was on vacation when he sent them. Nothing was done with them til I called the VA 8/7/2014. All the paperwork was there and we had an amended contract Friday morning 8/8/2014 for the work to be done. John Bunce was asked for time schedules and eta on the work Friday afternoon, which he ignored.On Monday my Realtor was finally able to get him on the phone and he said they were beginning work of the repairs on Tuesday, August 12,2014 and they should be completed before the weekend of August 16,2014. It should take 3 to 4 days He did not follow up and did not make sure work was done. On 8/14/2014 we drove to the house and no one had done anything. John Bunce would not answer my realtors calls or text. My husband called him and he was unaware nothing was being done (for 2 days). And we were instructed to direct all correspondence and questions to out Realtor (whose phone calls, texts and emails he ignores). He has now cost us over two weeks by refusing to do his job. I have spent more time on the phone with the owners of the VA foreclsure probably and am having to make special trips to ensure the work is being done. All the job duties he is being paid to do.

The experience was fine; they were good. They were easy to work with but it just did not work out for us.

Willie stays in touch with his customer and does not drop them after the transaction. He keeps you up-to-date on the status process and he is an expert in relocation. and lsquo;A's across the board. I would absolutely use him again in the future.
