The owner, Harace, came out to do the estimate himself. He was very knowledgable and really put my mind at ease about the wiring situation in the old house. Once we agreed on the price and paid half up front, his crew came out that weekend and got started. They worked nonstop Saturday and Sunday and got most of the stuff done in one weekend. Reaves is obviously a busy company, and they were working on several large jobs at the same time as my house, but they still managed to get my work done in a timely and professional manner, including digging a large trench in order to run wiring to our outbuildings. Our house was purchased as a foreclosure, and all of the fixtures and many of the outlets were missing. The outlets that were there were no longer code. Reaves replaced everything, installed all the overhead fixtures and fans which we purchased, and even went so far as to rewire and replace glass in the can lights in our basement. They did everything without having to cut large holes in our walls (something that all other electricians who we got estimates from assured us they would have to do). They installed an attic fan for us and a bathroom vent fan complete with the ducting. They replaced all wire that needed replacing, including repairing damage that was caused by someone breaking in under the house and cutting out copper wire and pipe. We passed our inspection with no problem. Harace and JD are professional and courteous. No matter how busy they were at other jobs, they always either answered my calls or called me back in a timely manner. I was very pleased with every aspect of the job and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else.
