Description of Work: The owner came out to our house and checked out our windshield crack. It had grown quite a bit since we'd called him the night before. He let us know that it was too big for him to fix, gave us the names of 2 places that he recommended for windshield replacement, and even told us which one would be cheaper. (We called both... And he was right).

+ -1 moreWhen I called, the owner was in the general vicinity of my house and he was there in about 20 minutes. He explained the process to repair the crack and gave me an estimate based on the length of the crack. He did a fine job and was very personable.

+ 0 moreI found Pro Touch through a Google search and called about having a chip in my windshield repaired. Eric, the owner of Pro Touch, came to me and was promptly on time. Eric evaluated the chip in my windshield and advised me that with this particular chip, a repair probably wouldn't adequately protect the windshield from further damage and he said he wasn't going to charge me for the visit! Eric was exceptionally friendly and I found immediately trustworthy and honest. I asked him about his other service, headlight restoration, and asked him if he could preform this service on my vehicle. Eric was exceptionally professional, timely, and did an incredible job with my headlights! I recommend him to everyone. His customer service goes above and beyond and the convenience of his mobile service coming to meet me was a huge time saver!
Description of Work: I called Pro Touch to have a chip in my windshield repaired, but ended up having my headlights restored.
