They spray when you're not there. I like the owner. I have to give them an A on everything. They went above and beyond.

Pro-Chem's staff is very polite and professional. After speaking with several other companies, we decided to go with Pro-Chem because of their professionalism, courtesy and because they offer a damage bond, which no other company would do. On the day of treatment, the office called to ask if it was o.k. if the technician was a little late (betweek 9:00 and 9:30). The appt was for 9:00. This was not an inconvenience to me, and I was surprised to receive such a call, since most companies we have dealt with don't consider 30 minutes late a problem. The technician was very profession and polite. We did not realize that the inside of the garage would be treated, but the techician moved everything away from the walls and offer to replace it without any complaint. He left no mess behind. I did not detect any chemical odor from the treatment. Overall, we are very pleased.

We thought we had termites, based on the bugs we saw. A representative came out and explained the difference between the winged ants we had and actual termites. We still decided to treat the house for termites and pests, since had been several years since the last time. We mentioned that we had some ants inside (as we do each summer), but he could find no particular entry points. About a week later, the ants had become very bad. We called Pro-Chem again and they came out 48 hours later and treated the interior of the house. Explaining how the spray and gel worked. All the gentlemen that came to the house were polite and professional. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely call them again if I have more issues.

It was great and they did an awesome job. They were very thorough. They are really professional. They explain everything they are going to do. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. We were pleasantly surprised. They were really good. The price was fair.

Called and scheduled appointment. Representative came out and inspected the property. He did not find termites, but we were so impressed with his efficiency and knowledge that we requested that he set us up to begin a maintenance program. He did and they showed up on that date on time. They did the work professionally and finished when they said they would.
