Great service, fast and friendly!

Although they were about 30 minutes late getting here, they were very courteous and professional. It took them about five minutes to identify the problem and another twenty minutes to make the repairs.

No comments.

Although they were late by 45 minutes making their appointment, I did receive a message saying they would be late but the message came after the scheduled appointment. However they were very friendly and courteous when they arrived and they quickly identified the problem and had it repaired in minutes. The cost to do the work was no more than what the cost was for them to come out and do an estimate. I would recommend them and would hire them again.

After making contact, I quickly got a call from the company to set an appt. The plumber was able to disconnect my old dishwasher and take it away for me .. He hooked up a new one with no issues. He knew exactly what to do; checked his work to be sure I would not have any unpleasant surprises after he left. He was pleasant and answered any questions I had, the price was reasonable, I would use them again.

Plumbing by BFW was able to come to our house immediately after contacting them. We had a gas water heater installed. Everyone was extremely professional! We had a slight issue with the pilot light going out after installation, and they sent someone immediately to take care of it.

Great guys all around. Very prompt to respond to inquiry. Worked with us while tile was getting installed. Very flexible with timing. Very pleased! And will use again!

True professionals. We had been experiencing very sub optimal hot water due to a few issues. Sergio replaced an electric on demand water heater with an 80 gallon stainless steel electric water heater. That initially did not completely remedy our hot water issues. Sergio didn t call the installation complete until he identified a major contributor to the problem was old and faulty bath and shower single handle hot and cold water blending valves. I replaced those and we couldn t be happier. Thank you BFW and Sergio.

BFW Plumbing contacted me after my first review & told me they wanted to fix my sink so it would not gurgle. They sent their service men back out the next week at, at no extra charge to me. They fixed the gurgle & also fixed a leak that happened while they were fixing the gurgle. I ca not say enough about how professional & qualified their service men are. Thanks so much. We will definitely be calling your company the next time we have a plumbing issue.

George called me at 9:00 pm, as requested. Met with me, no pressure sale, came when promised and his installers were excellent. I wish he did other things I need done! Great experience.
