Great! Before the first cold came, James came up to make sure our heat was working properly without being prompted to come. I can't say enough nice things about this company, we trust them completely. They are very responsible, honest, and provide high quality work. He won't try to sell you on things you don't actually need. I would highly recommend him to others.

The heating had gone out a couple of days prior to a forecast snow storm. They were able to provide and install a new unit in less than two days. The installation went well, and the house is warmer than ever.
