Description of Work: Property management. | |They were not responsive to tenant needs and did not keep me in the loop. I ended up having to handle issues on my own and ensure that the tenants were happy and did not have a reason to have legal issues. I had to terminate my contract as a result of their lack of effort.

Description of Work: Poor service (we are tenants). Ended up having to become verbally forceful in order to get repairs done. Lied to us about things the landlord said, told us the landlord was getting tired of hearing about the broken appliance, it took over 6 weeks for them to actually get someone out to fix it and the Pennink & Huff sent me the bill for repairs saying the service technicians report said we caused the damages. They never showed us the report and while the technician was here he explained the problem and verified there was no way we could have broken it because the damage was inside and there was no way to access the broken part. |It seems once you get into the home all they care about is collecting rent. Due to their poor performance we will not be renewing our lease.
