I would never use them again. They left the job undone, and they covered up things that were supposed to be fixed. They tried painting over rotten wood that was supposed to be replaced. They changed the price of the job as they went along. They were destructive with my property. They didn't do a great job inside either. Initially, everything started out fine, but as the job went on, they took short cuts, and it did not end up well. They have been around for a long time. It was under the dad's name, but they don't do any of the painting. They have other people do the painting. They did pressure wash before they painted. I had to stop them once because, I had my suspicions, they had painted over a rotten board. I talked to the dad about it and he said that they would get to it. They never did. He said that they paint over it first and then go back. I said, why would anyone waste time and product just to go back, that makes no sense. They didn't use drop clothes, and I cleaned up after them for a week. They had to change out the boards on the Facia, and I asked them about the nails. They said that they would pay close attention to that, but I found 21 nails that day. They left three exterior doors unpainted. They spilled paint in the middle of my driveway. Some of the painting they did really good. They had to come back. He said that they put three coats of paint down, there is no way that they put three coats of paint down. It was steep, I went with them because, I thought I was going to get superior service, and not have to worry about it. They were in a hurry to get away from me, and my house. They say they will do things, but don't. They were trying to paint the exterior when it was only 40 degrees outside, and you can't do that. He said that they can paint when it's 40 degrees because of the latex. They did opposite of what was recommended. They got irritated with me when I told them that I didn't want them to come out when it was 40 degrees. Wayne Parker the son, seemed very professional. The crew broke my water pipe, hose, and used two of ladders. They left them gunked up. I would not use them and I would not recommend them.

The provider was prompt to schedule the service appointment and to provide estimate for service provided. The company also gave constructive feedback on a couple requested services that home owner decided to do on own which reduced overall expense. This feedback was very appreciated and showed that the company wasn't solely focused on making a bigger profit.

Parker's Painting and Pressure Washing were pretty good and they were fast. It was the weather that did not go along with us. They had to stop. They did not expect that it would rain. There were only two people and they took a little longer but it's what I relate in because when it rains you cannot paint. I was satisfied with the final product. The only think I didn't like that was posted in his website that he comes back and checks everything but he did not do it.
