Quality of materials was great.  Service and communication was terrible.  Vendors never showed up at scheduled dates or times.  We received no phone calls to reschedule or explain what the new timelines were.  ALL communication was initiated by me.  Our "contact" stated during every inquiry that he was not aware that workers had not shown up to complete work. 

We specifically scheduled for the window install workers to show up at a specific time due to having to take our dogs to boarding for the day.  They showed up almost 2 hours early.  My husband had go to work late due to needing to stay at the house while I took the dogs to boarding.  The workers claim that they were told a different time for arrival after I specifically checked with our "contact" multiple times to ensure the correct start time. The Window installers left my home at Noon and I assumed that they had broke for lunch but they never came back.  Apparently, they were done with the job but didn't tell me.  The window installers tore one screen and smeared yellow insulation on another window and screen. There were lots of holes in the caulking.  They also did not adjust the new glass slider they installed which ment it was very hard to open or close. 

  I waited the whole day for the gutter installers to show up and finally called our "contact" at 5PM to inquire what the problem was.  My "contact" and another guy showed up after 7PM to say that the machine had broken down and they weren't aware that we hadn't been notified.  They gave us a $50 gift card for our troubles.  They also had a different company show up first thing the next morning to install. 

We had to have the roofers come back to correct "dips" in the roof that should have been addressed during the roof install. I received a phone call from our "contact" saying that he would personally come to the home and view and/or repair some of the problems.    He never showed up!  I called and left a harsh voice mail on the company voice mail.  I received a phone call that afternoon from our "contact" who said he would be at the house within 30 minutes.  He and my husband adjusted the glass slider so it now operates as intended.  He also sent the window installers over to address the gaps in the caulking of the windows.  We were also promised replacement screens for two of the windows.  It has been three weeks and we have yet to hear anything else from them and I'm done chasing them down.  We sacrificed to many days waiting around for them so we are no longer initiating any contact from them.

The window replacement was okay however the exterior wrapping was horrible. The PR rep came out and told me that the people coming out to do the job were all employees of the company. It turned out that they were not, this is because after contracting with me, they won a bid for a bigger contract and let that job take priority over mine. It took them 28 days to complete the job. The contractors they hired for the exterior wrapping were late or absent on several occasions. They did a very poor job and now I have to pay someone to redo it! They wrapped rotted wood and the wrapping on the windows was not uniform. When the PR rep came out to get payment, I told him I wasn't happy with how it was completed and he gave me a discount.

Partial payment given, was told they would start within 2 weeks. No show for  a month. Had leak in roof after service. Damage to laundry room ceiling. No show to repair.
