 + -1 moreScheduled a free estimate for After lunch on 11/11. Jeff called at 11:20 and wanted to come earlier I explained that we had someone here giving an estimate for window replacement and it would be about 30 more min. He said he would be there in 30 min. An hour and 20 min later he showed up. No explanation, no apology. He looked over everything we wanted done said he would work up a quote and email it to me that evening. I never received it. He had my e-mail, phone number and address, so there is no excuse except unprofessionalism.
Description of Work: Wasted my time.
