I had just returned from the hospital and needed help cleaning. I feel like they took advantage of this. They didn't clean the refrigerator or stove. In addition, they broke a 50 year old vase that was extremely sentimental to me and said nothing about it. When I found out and reported it, they offered no compensation and the lack of empathy was astounding. When I asked the young lady about the vase, I found that they had stacked it against the wall, broken. I found multiple items damaged and other items thrown away or missing. They also had a young child helping them, which I found very unprofessional.

There are three of them. They all come at the same time and are done in an hour. I have a 1,500 square foot house. If I ask them to do something, they will do it. If it takes too long, they will charge me for it. They helped get my mother's things in the garage organized and charged me very reasonably for it. It took them two hours and they charged me $120.00. It's a family business.
