I'd say the job went very well. After signing a contract with them, they came to start the work on the day and time agreed upon. They put tarp on the grass and bushes around the house and had their trailer situated where they could discard the old shingles. They proceeded to do the job in a timely manner. It was almost dark when they got the job done and left. They cleaned up everything before they left. However I did find a few nails in the grass the next day. All in all, I was well pleased with their work.

We had an old wood deck on the back of our home and wanted to enclose the space with a sunroom. The house doctor sent a great representative that gave us all our options and pricing for each. They even provide financing for the addition. After demolition of the wood deck they poured a concrete pad and "created" our concrete steps (we love them!) The sun room went up in a matter of days, to include a full electrical upgrade and installation of a heating/cooling system. Every step of the installation was conducted to ensure the room met all required codes, and when it was discovered that lights had not been added, they put them on anyway at no charge to us. The guys cleaned up the worksite perfectly and were very accommodating to us. I would recommend this company as all of the individuals we interacted with were highly professional!

I was told they could do the job in one day and it took 3 1/2 days once I agreed to let them do the work. The floor is not a smooth job, the shower did not drain properly (you would stand in water while you took a shower), had a very hard time getting the sink and the shower to stop leaking and basically did not install the vanity correctly with the pipe work. I had to have someone else come in and do some repairs. I saw they got great reviews but it was for replacement windows, should have thought about that before hiring for a bathroom job. They didn't even come to the job prepared with materials!

Very professional and accommodating.Pleased with the siding. It looks wonderful. They cleaned up well. The finance manager came to my home so I wouldn't have to go the office which is on the other side of town. This company did a siding project for me more than 5 yrs ago which speaks well for them. They are doing good work so they have a solid company with a good reputation. The entire team is sensational. I will use them again for other projects and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs exceptional work done at a good price.

From first contact until project completion was less than three weeks. I think right at two weeks. They worked with me to schedule the best time considering my schedule. Workers were fast and professional.

The installation went great. We were expecting the work to take a couple of days to be completed, but when they arrived they finished the same day and within a matter of hours. David, Mike, and Lisa have all been exceptionally helpful, as we ran into some financial difficulties during payment and they were willing to work with us without it seeming as though I just got teeth pulled out. You just don't get service like that anymore and I would recommend The House Doctor to all seeking to make improvements to their home as they were always courteous, polite and treated us just like family.

Contacted the Room Doctor and got an appointment for a free estimate within a week. They worked with my schedule and arrived in the late afternoon. We knew what we wanted so I was able to cut through most of the salesmanship to get the estimate. The quality of the product they use and the lifetime guarantee sold me, especially because they lowered the price because we were Angie's List members and because we decided to sign a contract on the first meeting. I didn't feel any pressure to buy at all. The product sells itself. Installation was was fairly quick. They arrived around noon and it was complete around 6:30 pm. The prefab measurements were pretty much spot on. The only thing they didn't do was sweep up the dust from the sealant. No big deal though. We're completely satisfied with the product and the installation.

Cheers to House Doctor & their staff; work done on screen porch. They were very professional & courteous; answered all my questions plus follow up with telephone calls to see if everything was alright! I recommended them to anyone interested in a screen porch. Mike was the first one to come out, he asked what I needed and what I had in mind, how I would like it. He drew me a diagram, which was later e-mailed me by Tony for approval. Mike was real nice, he spent time making sure the cost and the financing was how I wanted. Tony was very professional and did a good job at building the screen room.

The Salesman, Mike Trowbridge, was great. He was very personable, delivered everything he promised and more. All of the workers were very professional and knew their jobs well. Tony, the project manager answered all of our questions, made sure corrections were completed, and generally made sure all of the components of the kitchen redo were to our expectations. His response was immediate and not once did he show any type of disdain with our countless questions and concerns. The materials were first rate.

My kitchen looks great now and the pantry cabinet they installed makes life so much easier for my family! Thanks for making my kitchen a wonderful room in my house!!

Kitchen remodel went well! General manager, Lynn Cyrus, met with us and presented an excellent presentation of choices and prices for our remodel. Any and all questions and/or concerns were addressed with the manager. We were well pleased with his patience and help with all our questions. Associates were on time and had all supplies needed to do the job. The House Doctor was was very efficient and did a great job. Love our new kitchen! We was very pleased with their services and will call definitely use them again when others projects are needed.

Their sales team stayed at my house for an exhausting 2 and a half hours. They gave me a price of $16,987.00. I was told I had to agree, sign a contract, and give a deposit before they left my house, or I could not use the 15% Angie's discount. Feeling pressured, I agreed, and wrote them a $500.00 check. The next day, I decided that was too expensive, and wanted to cancel. I sent their Notice of Cancelation, by certified mail, within their stated 3 business days. I have not received my deposit back as of today, May 6, 2014. Be very careful if you choose this company. This is an update as of May 10, 2014, I am very happy to say I received my deposit back in full. Thank you Angie's List and thank you House Doctor of Fayetteville.

It went very bad, i gave them a deposit, then later changed my mind because it was too expensive, tried to get the deposit back, they said they processed it and till this day i never got it back ...

Very fast. Work started immediately and was finished quickly

Not very well. Customer service was awful. I was called a liar by the manager. One of the post I bought was broken and never replaced or refunded. The contract stated payment due on completion but the manager decided to get payment ahead of time. After porch was done I had lots of broken shingles and it took them two weeks to fix the issue. It only happened after I made several phone calls. The porch itself looks great and the workers did a good job but management was terrible. I worked customer service for 7 years and customer service should be number one well not in my case. I would never recommend them to anyone only because of the customer service.

WENT VERY WELL EXPLAIN PROCESS LOVE THE INSTALLERS VERY POLITE CLEAN UP THE MESS THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY THERE MY FINANCIAL ADVISOR WAS VERY HELPFUL NO WORRIES TOOK CARE OF THE WHOLE WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE TO FINISH MY KITCHEN.

The workers were wonderful. They made sure my rose bush was protected. They were fast, efficient and very courteous. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The sales person showed me one shingle in his sample kit, I like it, but the one install in the house was the same color but a cheaper and different product. The provider did not provide enough wood to complete fascia and I have to threaten them with a lawsuit in order to have them complete the job in a satisfactory manner In my opinion The House Doctor of Fayetteville does not provide a good service and if you don't pay attention, they will do a sloppy job and will always use the cheaper, lowest quality materials available in the market.

In the long run everything was ok but there were several problems along the way. The first roofing team that came out got fired by the foreman of the place over what had happened with me. The company did everything they could to rectify the problem and get things straightened out. Something happened and they came up short of crew for which they hired a temporary crew based on recommendation from someone else that they knew in the business and this crew was terrible. They were then fired and my roof was still not sealed and it started raining due to which it leaked in. They had to fix my ceiling and did a great job of taking care of it. It is just that when they got the new crew they should have taken a walk around the house to see what was going on which they did not. They did what they could in the circumstances after the fact but I would not necessarily recommend them to anybody.

Everything was really great. They came out and were very professional and very nice. They were neat, and there wasn't a whole lot of mess. The whole experience went very well.

The team come in, did measurements, they came back in and it was so precise, with so few people I don't know how it was done. Watching the transformation was fantastic. I don't think anyone could have done better. They took these cabinet doors, and made the rest of the cabinets match. Everything was high quality and very please.

Using The House Doctor has been an amazing experience from beginning to end. The gentleman in Wal-Mart who greeted me and told me about The House Doctor was kind and professional. This company contacted me the very same day to set up an appointment to come out and perform an inspection/estimate. The 2 gentlemen who came out to my home were very down-to-earth. They were very knowledgeable about their windows and truly believe in their product. After I decided to purchase with them, they explained to me exactly how the process would go, down to the names of the people who would be contacting me to complete financing, set up appointments, even the name of the guy who would be installing the windows. I was always contacted in a timely manner, and kept informed of where we were in the process. Each person that contacted me always asked at the beginning of the conversation if it was a convenient time for me. They made sure that the date/time for install was convenient for me. The day of install, I had been told that they would be there between 8 and 10. They arrived at my house at 8:45 and were finished by 12:45. (I was expecting this to take the entire day.) They were very efficient. They answered any questions that I had. They did an amazing clean-up job when they were finished. The windows are beautiful and look amazing. I never expected that windows could make that much difference on a house. These are easy to clean. I had all 9 cleaned (inside and out) in less than 1 hour!!! There are so many benefits to these windows. I have also been contacted by The House Doctor after completion to ensure that I was satisfied and to see if I had any questions. I have been bragging about this company to friends and family since my fist contact with them. Will definately use them for any further house repairs/improvement in the future. I can not say enough good things about them.
