Description of Work: NCHome Solutions installed a four season room for us. After some delay from the concrete sub-contractor, the room installation was quick and the team was very professional. We are very happy with the work done and get a lot of use out of our new room.

Description of Work: They were 3 months late building my sunroom and nearly took 6 months to fix the leaks. I had to keep calling them to see when or what they going to do. They forget to call you to inform you. I had to go to their office and raise a fuss to them to do anything. The deal was by sales representative that the sunroom would be done by November 7. Didn't get done until beginning of the year and suffer 6 months of water leaking in the sunroom and messes up my fireplace cause of the rain. They built the sunroom attached to my home and they ripped up my shingles by the fireplace. Had to replace my whole roof. Finally in June they fixed my leaking problem. Which has been 6 months after they finished. So I'm not too pleased with their service at all. I wished i never gotten built by them.

Description of Work: I will keep this review as short as possible so everyone reads it and understands how the House Dr. does business. I signed a contract on August 23rd 2013 to purchase a foyer window and a patio door. These were finally installed properly on December 30th 2013. Yes 4 months later!!! Now for some of the details. Everything actually started out normal, they removed my old patio which needed to be cut out in pieces, so after the old door was removed the contractors discovered the replacement door actually opened from the opposite end it was supposed to, right at the corner of my dining room, definitely not ok. So they had no choice but to install the wrong one as they could not put the old one back in. They decided to wait to put the foyer window in while they waited for a new door, so the new foyer window sat in my garage for weeks. The House Dr. then sent new contractors out with a new door and they also installed the foyer window, it turned out that two of the very important drain holes that were supposed to be at the bottom of the new window were actually at the top of the window, so the window would actually have eventually filled up with rainwater, turns out the window was put together wrong at the factory, so a new window had to be ordered and the one they put in had to be taken out again. There is plenty more but I will stop there, the important details are here, I will say that when they finally finished I asked if they were at least going to give me some sort of discount for the horrible 4 month long experience and the General Manager, Lynn told me that it was not their fault that the wrong windows came from their supplier and that I had already been given a good price. Unbelievable at best...buyer beware...you have been warned...

Description of Work: The House Doctor put windows into our house.

Description of Work: Replaced original window, replaced water damaged wood trim and sill. Also, covered all exterior wood around the new window with colored metal to provide maintenance free trim. They were on time. They picked up all the trash when they completed the job.

Description of Work: Had gutters placed on my home.

Description of Work: Replaced 4 windows (Leaking dual Pane) with vinyl frame triple E glass. Covered all existing exterior wood window frames with metal(Alum.) to finish off.
