Within 24 hours of contacting them, a very professional gentleman came out to meet with us. He actually listened to my concerns. After hearing their recommendations they upgraded our current system with ADT to the touchscreen keypad with the built-in speaker and microphone, but more importantly reinforced my doors with these special kind of locks to prevent the doors from being kicked in. The best part after it was all said and done is, I received a 30% break on my HomeOwners premium, which is nice for a single mother with 3 kids.
Description of Work: They came out and significantly increased the security of our home by replacing locks and turning the master bedroom into a last resort panic room.
