Description of Work: I called them to replace an insulated pane of glass in my house window. It took over 6 months to get them out to give an estimate. Then I waited another 3 months for them to call me with the estimate. When I called them to inquire, I was told that tje window was ordered, had arrived and was waiting for install! Luckily I was okay with the price and they came right out to replace it. Very poor customer service and communication/follow up.

+ -1 moreMy coffee table that has a glass top was cracked so I went to Metz to get a duplicate made. The staff there was very professional and they took the measurements of my glass top. Since the glass piece had a bevel, the store had to special order the glass. It took about a week for the glass to come in. I brought it home and it fits perfectly on my coffee table! It's an exact duplicate of the one I had before.
Description of Work: Duplicate a cracked glass coffee table top.

+ -1 moreThis will be short, he came out and measured it; After the tile work was done, he came out and installed the right side, none moveable glass front, measured the opening a second time to insure square and plumb, and when the door arrived came out and installed the it - a crew like that is rare, these guys are great.
Description of Work: This dealer has to be one of the most professional dealers/contractors in the town of Fayetteville. His team of workers that installed my all glass shower front and doors was professional, curteous and absolute outstanding in every way. I recommend this contractor for whatever you need done, and whatever glass work you may have, it will be 100% professional. Thanks Metz Auto Glass, you guys are great.
