Description of Work: I thought all we needed was a repair because the home purchase inspection we got two years ago estimated the age of the roof at 7 years. Turns out it was a lot older. Max Strickland walked the entire roof and pointed out all the raised nail heads and dips, which indicate the underlayment is compromised. He discussed our options, let us pick out our own shingles, and explained the installation process. His team arrived exactly when he said they would and finished the estimated two day job in one day. He is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. If we ever purchase another home, I will have the roof inspected separately.

Description of Work: This contractor is completely untruthful and cannot be trusted. I purchased a 249 dollar roof tune up, the only thing the contractor did was gave me an estimate to replace my roof. His original estimate was 17,000 dollars without any measurements at all. He lowered his price to 9500 dollars after I told him that was an estimate I received. Eventually, I found a reputable contractor to replace the roof for 6700 dollars. This is over 10,000 dollars lower that his original estimate. This man cannot be trusted. Also, I am U.S. Military and was in uniform when attempted to rip me off.

Description of Work: Max was a pleasure to work with; very professional. This was a rental property with a 22 year old roof that needed to be replaced. Max provided a detailed cost estimate and kept me informed and update via phone and messages from ordering shingles to job completion. He identifying bad OSB/plywood that needed to be replaced and even checked inside to insure there was no water damage. Max & company did a great job and I would highly recommend Max Strickland Roofing to anyone needing roofing work.

Description of Work: Repaired roof with severe water damage with new materials, shingles, and flashing. Excellent estimate and quality of work and all work done very professionally. Even after finding additional damage not visible at time of estimate, Max honored original estimate which we agreed to with a simple handshake.
