Mario is a hard working professional who goes out of his way to give you great value, quality workmanship and complete satisfaction in job he performs. He performed three major jobs on my house all of which turned out wonderfully. This particular review is for the roof replacement job he performed for me. Upon inspecting the roof, he discovered that the damage was caused by hail and wind, which was covered by my home owners insurance. Mario helped me with the insurance claim which paid for almost all of the roof repairs. While replacing the shingles on my house, he came across several additional problems with the roof structure which caused the job to last over a week. Every one of the additional problems he found were skillfully repair by his crew quickly and at a fair price. Mario is a great communicator who lets you know how things are going, gives you pictures of the work he accomplished for the day and give you sound recommendations for making repairs less costly. He is honest, straight forward and loyal to his customers. He goes out of his way to keep repair costs low for you. The property I had Mario work on was a rental property in another state and was unable to see the how the repairs were going. Regardless of my inability to inspect the work, Mario communicated with me daily by sending me photos of all the work he completed for the day and discussed with me the work he was going to be doing the following day giving me complete confidence in the work he was doing. Mario even let me know about damage the tenant was causing and helped me deal with the tenant to rectify the problems. If it weren't for Mario's advice to file a claim for wind and hail damage, I would have ended up paying $15k for the repairs, but instead, the home owners insurance covered almost all of the repair costs.
