They NEVER contacted me.

We made an appointment for the next day, however the service tech called us later in the afternoon and based on the error code he suggested we unplug the machine to let it reboot. This worked to solve the problem and we appreciate the honesty of the folks at Major Appliance who could have showed up the next day and charged us for a visit and the mandatory 1/2 hr. fee. We will definitely be using Major Appliance for any future repairs we have on large household appliances.

very well, serviced and fixed my inoperable washing machine within 30 min. they fixed the generator as opposed to just ordering another part or stating i should just get a new one like the mechanic before hand. Their professional service is worth the cost and saved me a substantial amount of money from not having to purchase a new washing machine

It was actually on sale. The price included the installation. I thought the salesman was very to-the-point. He was not pushy. He immediately showed me the one that they just had put on sale which was just what I needed. He didn't try to see something that had a lot of bells and whistles. The serviceman was very careful not to damage anything. He was very clean. He was in and out very quickly. He did a great job. It's perfect. We're there at 11:30 and the microwave was in by 2 o'clock. It was in our house and already installed.

In less than 30 minutes they removed my old fridge and installed a brand new one. Everything they did was so perfect. They also hauled away my old fridge. I don't think anyone could provide a better service.

Called Major Appliances late afternoon on April 18th to request service for our GE freezer, which had trouble keeping a cold temperature. I was very pleasantly surprised that they were able to fit us in the very next day. The technician Willy was here right on time and had the repairs done within 30 minutes. He explained the problem as well as the solution to me, so I knew exactly what was going on. Willy and the young lady at the office were prompt, cheerful and courteous and I would certainly use this company again.

On morning of September 3rd, 2012 (Labor Day), we discovered that our fridge/freezer was not working correctly. After trying a couple of things ourselves and buying several blocks of dry-ice to help preserve food, we called Major Appliance Company to see if they serviced the Maytag brand, which they did, and they could have a tech to the house the next afternoon right after lunch. The tech called when he was on his way and arrived about 30 minutes later. We needed a relay, which he did not have with him, but he went out and found one and had the fridge back up and running in short order.

Purchased a Jennair stove from Major Appliance in 2006. Oven stopped working, all buttons on control panel just quit working one day. Called Major Appliance to see if they could fix it. Had a little trouble with the lady on the phone, she didn't take down any details of my problem, like the model # of my oven. And said it would be a week before the technician could come out. We also wanted to have the stove top replaced (it had a chip in it) while they were out, and asked her to order the top so that the technician could bring it with him, and she wouldn't or couldn't do that.The technician who came out was very professional, showed up exactly on time and was able to diagnose the problem in about 15 minutes. He had to order the part and return to install it, and also to install the new cook top. I was only charged one trip charge for the whole thing. Overall I was very satisfied with the technician and their prices seemed competitive. The person they have answering the phone, could use some customer service pointers, but all in all a good experience and I would use them again.
