The installation experience was good. They installer was on time, installed my new shower door and cleaned after himself. The only issue I had was it seemed almost impossible to get the service done. My frustration came at the many trips I had to take to Lowes to get my information put in the system so that someone can come out to do the measurements. We went to the store on three different occasions and each time something was wrong with the computer and we just could not get it done. After a month of going back and forth to Lowe's we were finally able to get the man to come and get the measurements. When I went to the store to pay for my door there was an issue at the register to check out. They could not find the information in the computer. I left the store and told them I would return when they figure out the problem. The sales clerk were always nice and apologetic. He called and told me I did not need to go back to the store, but could call in and they can do my payment over the phone. He'd been dealing with us the whole time and understood my frustration. We decided to just go back to the store the next day. Shower door is installed and working...whew.
