+ -1 moreLeonard arrived on time and went right to work. My A/C would run until it was 70 degrees, then the heat would come on until it shut off and the A/C would run again. It took him no time at all to diagnose the thermostat. He is professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He also has a couple of rescue dogs and I think that's pretty great. The $75.00 I paid was a home warranty deductible, so I don't know what the full cost would have been.
