John was personable yet businesslike. He was efficient in getting me a very fair quote. The work, remarkably, was done exactly as defined and within the time frames given. John is a contractor that stands by his word and backs up his work. His crew was efficient and skilled. I am very pleased with my new roof.

They never returned my call.

Small details make a big difference! Promised project would be done in one day, it took three! No big deal. On the second day workers busted my water faucet in front of the house . They fixed it, but I was w/o water almost all day. No big deal, I think. I'm easy going. When I gave Mr. Hyatt the payment for thousands of dollars, I pointed out some plastic strips that looked like adhesive tape just hanging and flying from the top of my roof. I was told they would melt eventually, but that he would come by and remove them because it didn't look good. I was fine with that. Never saw him again! Now It has been two weeks and the tape is till visibly hanging from the edge of the roof. And no one came by to removed them. Am I being picky?? I'm old school: if you say you say you're gonna do something I expect that something to get done. Over all the work wasn't bad, but the little things make a big difference.

I recently had John Hyatt Contractor Services install vinyl siding on my residence. The work was quick and efficient. The completed job looks great! The quote for services was very affordable compared to other companies. If I need any work done to my house, I would definitely recommend John Hyatt Contractor Services.

This is our second project with John Hyatt's Contracting Service, and it won't be our last. I've never seen a handicap ramp that did not take away from the appearance of a home until now. The ramp that John's team built (lead by his brother, Victor) looks like a deck, and is built to withstand anything. Everyone who sees the ramp, asks about it. My only worry is that as more folks know about the quality and dependability of John's work, the longer we will have to wait to have my mother's porch built. To find this degree of craftsmanship, honesty, and reliability - especially in this day and age, is truly remarkable. I'll never call anyone else for a home addition or roof repair.

I own a house in North Carolina but no longer live there. John Hyatt worked with me through email, text messages, etc. He was very responsive to my messages and kept me updated on the status of the project. The roof was completed well in a reasonable amount of time and looks great. Mr. Hyatt also helped us with another project even though a different company completed the work. I had other estimates for the roof, and Mr. Hyatt's price was very reasonable.

The team on Hyatt Construction was amazing. My roof was being replaced due to the storm. I was concerned that with continued bad weather my home would never get finished. However, rain, sleet or bad weather they were up there finding the job. I will be using them to do all my repairs and home upgrades.

Great experience dealing with John Hyatt Contacting. They did an entire roof replacement after the hurricane and was very pleased with entire experience. I was able to deal directly with the owner versus some salesperson and John was very helpful in answering all my questions. I would highly recommend him for all your general contracting needs.

John was very professional from start to finish of the project. He answered all questions, an was open to any changes that we wanted to make. John wasn’t pushy in anyway with trying to “up-sell” me on a product I didn’t need. Job was completed in a timely manner with his workers staying late into the evenings as necessary. I would highly recommend John to anyone. He treats people with respect an not just as a customer.

John and his crew was very timely in starting the job and and replaced the roof and installed the vents in record time. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the job and the crew. The clean up was outstanding. We never found a nail. They were great to work with and very thorough. We will definitely use them again.
