The experience started out fine, Mr. Brisson seemed knowledgeable and professional. But then he began to fail to come and clean my pool when scheduled to, regularly calling to say that he would not be able to get to it that day or even that week because he had other jobs. Mr. Brisson took my personal equipment without asking and cleaned other people's pools with it. When I realized equipment was missing I had to ask 3 to 4 times before he brought it back. The final straw was in the fall, when, after heavy storms my pool cover was filled with water. I specifically told John NOT to try and roll back the mechanical pool cover with the water still in it, as it would put too much stress on the mechanism and cover. Mr. Brisson ignored my warning and attempted to roll back the cover without removing the water which destroyed my pool cover, ripping it from the rail system. John lied about removing the water when he came to tell me that my pool cover broke, telling me that when using the switch to roll back the pool cover, it spontaneously flew off the rails and broke. I am certain pool covers don't fly off the rail system and twist the metal pieces from the weight of the canvas. Additionally, I know Mr. Brisson lied because there were leaves and dirty water on the pool cover and when I went out to check the pool after he told me the cover broke, the halfway uncovered pool was full of leaves and the water was murky. I argued that it was his fault and asked if his business was insured to cover damages he was liable for, at which time Mr. Brisson told me he was not, and would not pay for the damages. I informed John that I would no longer need his services, and that I would be exploring my legal options with a lawyer. He had his Mother call me about a day later and inform me that they were on hard times, and to try and work out a deal with John. I talked to John and he offered to clean my pool at no charge for a year. I agreed, and John cleaned my pool once and then disappeared. Never to be heard from again. I HIGHLY recommend seeking another "professional" to perform your pool and spa maintenance. *UPDATE* Mr. Brisson's response is riddled with false accusations and outright lies. The pool was slightly green ONCE due my timer on the filter system not working and not turning it back on. Not several times as Mr. Brisson has stated. He did not live up to his end of our agreement with the promise of free service for a year due to his negligence. As I said, he showed up once and then disappeared. I never ASKED for free service, it was offered by Mr. Brisson to compensate for his damaging my pool cover. The cover was ripped from the railing by Mr. Brisson's incompetence, not because of "dry rot". The cover was well maintained and did not have "lots of dry rotting" as Mr. Brisson claims. I never threatened Mr. Brisson and certainly never his mother. When he refused to pay for the damage he caused, I informed him as a courtesy that I would be exploring legal action. I was cordial with his mother and she was the reason I agreed to work out a deal with him. I do not think a professional company would have his mother call and beg me not to pursue legal action.

This is out and out lie the member never said anything of the such he had a cover that was 15 yrs old and had lots of dry rotting done the member threatened me and my mom saying he was going to sue me wouldn't even listen to what m y installer said about ware of the cover and I did what I cous I gave him free service I matin a professional company this cover he is referring to had lots of abuse there would be sevarl days when I would come over and the pool was green due to neget on the member behalf I gave him instructions I discounted service on his pool his pump quit working I had to replace it needless to say the member kept asking for free service
