 + -1 moreAwesome work, excellent crews! Very respectful of the house to keep it clean as best as possible while ripping up old wood floor and laying new. Absolute work class installation, we had tight design specs and unique cuts, Jacob was the best we've seen! Highly recommend, they stay on the job until it's finished.
Description of Work: Pull up old damaged flooring, replace with new finished 3/4" Bruce hardwoods.

Description of Work: We were interested in having new floors installed in our home, and this company was recommended to me. We drove to the store to get some information during normal business hours, but they had apparently closed the store three hours early. One of the workers drove up in a van just as we were about to leave, and he was very friendly. He told us the woman closed the store because it was raining and she didn't think anyone was going to come in. Not very professional, but we understood. I called them the following week and requested that someone come do an estimate for us. The woman took our information and told me she would send someone to our house. After three days I hadn't heard anything so I called back (during business hours). No one answered, so I left a message. Two days later I still did not receive a call back, so I called again (no answer) and left a second message. Unfortunately, no one ever called me back. I was very disappointed, as I heard that these guys do great work. However, their failure to respond is very unprofessional.

 + -1 moreMr. Anthony Jacobs and Mr. Kenneth Jacobs started working at my home on June 11, 2012 as scheduled, they were very punctual, professional and trustworthy family.Their willingness to assist you with your home project was outstanding, when I ran into any problems with my improvement projects they offered a helpful suggestions and assistance. They refinished my hardwood floors and they look fantastic ( I have had over 20 people in my home since the completion of my floors and everyone wants their name and number). I described the kitchen backsplash I want and they exceeded my expectation. Jacobs Tile did my bathroom floor and shower tile a few years ago and it still looks great. When I purchase a stove hood a week after they completed the kitchen backsplash and the hood wouldn't fit, they return and remove some of the backsplash so that the stove hood would fit. This is an outstanding family business that put forward every effort to do an awesome job and that is exactly what they did for me. I thank God for this Godly Family and their business. Awesome Job! Mr. Anthony and Kenneth Jacobs.
Description of Work: Refinished the hardwood floors in my living room, dining room, hallway and three (3) bedrooms. Replaced hardwood in hallway were the old return for HVAC system was, ceramic tile my kitchen floor and backsplash in my kitchen over sink and stove.
