I had a termite inspection for a home before we closed as part of the due diligence period in North Carolina. The buyers didn't move everything from the walls so he was unable to check behind the heavy mechanic's toolboxes but he did his best. He's coming back to do a preventative treatment for termites and will check again. I believe that he did a great job and look forward to having him do our regular termite checks in the future.

It was my realtor who recommended him and stated that J&J Termite doesn't like to deal with clients. Right off the bat, I should not have agreed to this inspection. Any customer service based company that doesn't like to deal with clients is bad news. Needless to say, it was true. The realtor prematurely ordered the termite inspection during the home inspection which didn't go well. I got a piece of paper back that stated there was evidence of termites. No address on the invoice, doesn't take credit cards, wouldn't return phone calls. I actually got his address from Angies list.

Had a bug problem. Talk to someone in the area that had used Jimmy for this and gave him a call. Two days later he sent someone out and sprayed the house. No more bugs. Thanks Jimmy!
