Description of Work: I requested a bid to insulate, drywall and paint a laundry room. The bid was a third higher than other bids. A team of 2 employees arrived on time and were very professional. However, they did not seem very interested in the project. They asked only a few questions, took measurements and were slow in getting the bid in. I specifically asked if the work would be completed in the set time frame and was told that if the people who started it weren't available to complete it they had other staff they could call on to complete the job in the time frame. This was of particular interest to me as I was taking time off work for this project and needed it guarantied completed. I prefer to work with the same crew through a project, that way everyone is aware of what is going on, been done and any glitches along the way. I certainly didn't want to be explaining anything to a new crew part way thru the process. Other bidders asked lots of questions, and made some very helpful suggestions. They also suggested things I hadn't considered but made perfect sense to include during this renovation.

+ -1 moreNeeded a big drywall job done in a hurry. They were booked and I wasn't able to use them for that reason. But I always have to give kudos to those contractors who bother to respond to a phone inquiry. Too many of them (literally 50% of the contractor's I've called on a $200,000 project) don't even respond to inquiries. There can't be that much work out there in Fayetteville! At any rate, this gentleman was kind enough to call back, offer to give me other names or to do the work at a later date. Love that!
Description of Work: Drywall entire 2-story house - 140 boards.

+ 1 moreIt was a big project. It's a two story home and I spent about $1300 for their service. They are a little pricey, but their work is well done and it's worth it. They were real professional as well. I would use their services in the future too.
Description of Work: Huculak Drywall Repair & Painting repaired some drywall and also painted inside as well as outside my house last week.
