Description of Work: They delivered red mulch to my home.

Description of Work: 2 pallets Bermuda. Few hundred pounds of decorative rock (delivered different rock than which was ordered) . Metal edging for rock and along driveway and around flower beds. Upon delivery driveway was cracked. Promised to fix and not chg for 2 pallets of sod. 5 mos later owner said I'm gonna fix driveway, but I gotta bring back your invoice for the 2 pallets of sod. ;0)! Figuring it was fall and his business was not as good in October, I figured he'd forgotten what he'd said in May! He did, of course! He got very upset as I tried to remind him, and I said "forget it", we'll fix it ourselves, just go! In may I called specifically, days out to remind him, "do not drive on the driveway". I spoke with a lady at hillside, because he wasn't there. She said ill pass along the message. Left that message with her. Followed up one day prior to work, and spoke directly to him, and he said, no problem, not to worry. His crew cracked the driveway. It was fresh and I insisted they called him out to look at it. My problem is he showed up, saw it was fresh and accepted responsibility at the moment, and 5 mos later.....nothing! Family owned means nothing, and speaking of god while you're trying to make a sale is very impressive!!!Doesn't and will never make me trust again. Will attach photos

Description of Work: They delivered a large pallet of paving stones we picked out from their lot. They had an excellent selection and their prices were fair considering the quality of the products. We plan to buy a trailer load of mulch from them next week.
