I bought a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, stove oven, microwave and refrigerator for my kitchen. Everything went well at first - while I was still buying the products, but afterwards I had some problems. The store had a special saying if you spend so much you would get a gift card to use in the store as a rebate. I spent over 5000 dollars so I qualified for the 500 dollar rebate. It would have been nice if the store would have placed the rebate to their corp. office but you have to do that on your own. I mailed the rebate form after I got my appliances delivered. A month later after I mailed the rebate form I called the rebate center and asked about it. They told me I would only be getting 350 rebate not the full amount of 500 rebate. I protested and I'm still waiting to hear from someone about that too. When I bought the dishwasher my salesman failed to tell me that installation was extra even though he added some extra charges so I thought that was taken care of but I was wrong. When the drivers delivered my stuff I had to call a plumber to install it. I called a local plumber who turned out to be a big mistake too. He took his time and ran up a huge bill of 267 dollars for labor after he broke the water line. Later I called and complained and the boss did good and sent me a rebate check for 90 dollars. I found out that hhgregg's plumber charges only 150 dollars so I should have went with them but I was trying to help a local business.

I was pleased with their service and I would go back to HH Gregg.
