Hernandez Landscaping & Lawn Cutting

Made an appointment for Tuesday early in the morning and he did not show up. Called around noon to see if he was still coming and went to voicemail. No return call and never showed. Poor customer service!

We wanted to get the front and backyard lawn mowed and wanted to put pinestraws in the front yard. Alberto coordinated the job when we were out of town and kept me updated on the progress of the job. We returned home to a job well done!

His name is Jose. They were great. The job went great overall. They were done in thirty minutes; it was amazing. I would highly recommend them. They are cheap and quick. With regard to price, it was definitely the cheapest that anybody quoted me. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I called and had Alberto come to my home to give me an estimate on pine straw I needed for a very large island in our back yard. He arrived on time, was very personable and gave me a very good price! He had the job completed the next morning. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent Job! I came home to a brand new yard! All the bushes were cut back, edged, lawn mowed, leaves raked and everything hauled away. Fast response, punctual and I would definitely use them again in the future!

There are tons of trees and the leaves hadn't been cleaned up in about six months. He arrived when he said he would, did a great job, and only charged $100. He was very polite and professional on the phone as well. I would definitely hire him again.

Mr. Hernandez returned my call very quickly and we set up on appointment to meet and get an estimate. He arrived on time for the estimate appointment and we agreed that he would come every two weeks to maintain the lawn. He usually comes with one other assistant and they get straight to work, finish quickly, do a nice job and clean up after themselves. The price is reasonable, $65 to cut, edge and rake 1/2 acre and pull weeds from the areas covered with pine straw. We are very happy with the service from Hernandez Landscaping and lawn cutting.

The Contractor has a language barrier on behalf of the Contractor. The Contractor told me initially the job would take 3-4 days with his team. The Contractor had 4 guys to accompany him on day 1. The two the team was down to two and very little was down. The Contractor left my drive in mess all the time. The Contractor did move the roses but he didn't had mulch around the roses. The Contractor left his tools scattered all over my lawn. There were rainy days in the afternoon but nothing was done in the morning becuase the Contractor informed me he had other jobs going on. He had to call him to come to my yard. The grass was dying stacked on the pallet so I called the Contractor. He came a laid the grass down in another area until he had time to complete his job there. I asked the contractor to install a couple of plants. He agreed but he totally planted but the language barrier, he planted in the wrong place so I had to buy more. When I questioned how things were being completed, he explained he didnt really understand what I said. He doesn't write everything he is supposed to do so he can explained he didn't understand that. He didn't put weed out under the pete straw. The pete straw was laid poorly and some one top of my shrubs. I asked the Contractor if he could take me with his to pick up pavers when he was ready to lay to properly. He was dragging his and didn't lay the pavers as I show him in the diagram. He didn't return the day promised to reconfirm the pavers. This Contractor purposely leaves things of the estimate. When I brought up, he said it wasn't a problem, then he would act like he didn't know about that. He wanted to charge more to do it. I am not sure if it was because I am a woman. He completed this job on his time and it took every bite of 2 1/2 weeks.

He was very prompt in returning my call. Very Professional service. Does an amazing job! Comes every 2 weeks you don't even have to call.

Called on Wednesday, receiving a callback, then visit at about 5:30 that day. Established price and set Friday, noon as start time. Personable individual, with good grasp of language. Willing worker.

Mr Hernandez responded the same day I called. He came to look at the yard within 30 minutes of my calling. He gave a very nice quote and has done the yard service bi-weekly since. Very satisfied.

He is good. My wife was actually coordinating with him. She likes working with him, and uses him regularly.

Alberto Hernandez does a wonderful job on our lawn! He come every 2 weeks. And we constantly get compliments on how well our yard looks. He brings a crew and they are in and out quickly. No fuss. No muss. His entire crew is respectful and professional while at the same time being warm and down to earth. He and his team actually do many homes in our neighborhood. He's very reliant, very quick and very reasonably priced. He shows up every 2 weeks and does our mowing, our bushes, our raking, our leaves, edging, and landscaping. For all this, it's only $60. If our lawn doesn't need to be mowed, he does everything but that for $30. We don't ask him for anything in particular. He just shows up, assess the situation and he and his crew get to work. I remember the first time he came, he said, "Hey, I noticed you have a fireplace, so I just chopped up the fallen tree branch so you could use it for kindling." He asked if we wanted to use the collected pine needles as mulch in our landscape or just discard all of it. Just extra thoughtfulness that my husband and I have come to expect and love about Alberto and his company. They leave the place perfectly clean every time! Would recommend him to anybody.
