Description of Work: They arrived early with a phone call first they pumped the septic tank and answered all my questions they cleaned up and replaced the dirt they dug up

+ -1 moreIt went great. Showed up when he said he would be here - Maybe a few minutes late but I never worry about small stuff like that. Saw my daughters wheelchair ramp and became worried my tank was underneath it. Cut to the chase and looked under the house to see where the lines were going and found it to be the side of the house. THANK GOODNESS He put up with my genetic issue of asking too many questions while someone is trying to work and cleared my system which was amost backed up. He explained what the problem was and educated me on my system which was VERY valuable information to know. Would gladly deal with Harold again
Description of Work: What did Mr Carter do? Saved my septic system in short. Was having a problem with a wetspot in the yard that frankly had me VERY worried. Called his service and explained my issue and he was over same day. VERY personable fellow who obviously knew his stuff. Put up with my silly questions and genetic habit of getting in the way by watching and in the end had my system clear and working like new again. I love dealing with small, family owned businesses, and Carter Brothers is just that. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need.

+ -1 moreAfter the owner had miscommunications with his employees he called his brother who is also in the same business and they came out and did a wonderful job and were very responsive in a very timely manner. I can't say enough good things about this experience.
