DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!!!! Mr. Henry gave me a quote of $5700 to sand my wooden floors downstairs, rebuild my stairs and replace my upstairs carpet in the master bedroom hallway with laminate flooring and paint and trim the entire house. The project was to take 30 days March- April 2017 but wasn't completed until June 2017. I gave him a key to my home and left for South Carolina while he and his crew worked my house. When I returned in July the entire house had not been painted. Instead they spot painted my home and some rooms didn't even get one drop paint. My kitchen and all bathrooms and hallways were not painted. They broke all of my upstairs door frames and nailed them back together and didn't even attempt to paint them to cover the nails and wholes. They removed all of my downstairs light fixtures covers and did not reinstall them at the end of the job. . he sanded the wooden floors downstairs and destroyed them putting some kind of paint down that left the appearance of having dirt and sand in it. My rebuilt stairs are all uneven and poorly painted. I m attempted to allow him to come and redo his work but then decided I was uncomfortable having him back in my home. When I asked for a return of some of my money he told me that his house was robbed. I am seeking legal actions against him and will write a review on every website so that others are not taken advantage of.
