I was surprised when they did not give us a written estimate to fix the SUV. But they are honest people and they did what they had quoted us . The job they did was fantastic you could not tell we had work done to our vehicle every thing matched it was perfect! I could not have asked for more. The people were friendly and wanted to help us . I don't remember when the last time was that I could trust people to do what they said they would do . But you can trust the people at Hamont Body Works INC. I will always take my vehicles to them.

Everything from the estimate to scheduling to the actual work went great. The estimate was fast and easy. Haymont doesn't work for the insurance companies, they work for the customer. Their work is guaranteed in house so it didn't matter to us that our insurance company didn't have them on their local list of approved body shops. The repairs went so well that you cannot even tell we were involved in a parking lot accident in town. Someone scraped about 2 feet of our rear driver's side panel while parking and also scraped our tire rim. All damage was repaired and the vehicle looks good as new. We will continue to use this shop based on their professional attitudes, courteous manners, and reliable work. Haymont also offered to drive us to Stedman if we needed a ride home after dropping the vehicle off. They aren't located on a main road so we never knew they existed. I chose Haymont due to their Angie's List reviews and we are glad we found them. They are added to our list of honest and reliable Fayetteville Businesses.

Went around town for estimates based on Angies List and Hamont Body Shop was rated high so I went with them. David and staff are down to earth and treat you well. Work is top notch and they stand behind their work as well. Highly recommend.

Call before you go. They only have one estimator and he is on vacation this week, so sorry no estimate. Guess I won't be getting my car repaired here.

Awesome experience! The first time we walked into the shop they treated us as if they had known us for years. They are friendly, down-to-earth, neighborly. We had to wait a week to get the car in for service because they were very busy and kept all the vehicles locked inside the garage at night... nothing sits outside where it might be stolen or damaged, so we had to wait for space to open up. That was fine with us. When we called to pick up the car, they told us the paint they had retouched didn't match so they did it over again, and it was still drying so they preferred we didn't pick it up while pine tree pollen was falling. When we did get the car, we paid $100 LESS than the quote. If I ever need more car body work done, I will definitely go back and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I got into a car accident and was calling around to different places because I could not drive around with my radiator damaged. All the places had a waiting list and told me I couldn't get in for a couple weeks which was almost impossible because I was expecting my child within that time frame. I called and spoke to them and they were SO helpful and took me in that weekend. When my car was in the shop they called and gave me details on what was going on and the expected time I would get the car back. Everyone at Hamont was super friendly and knowledgeable and when I got my car back it looked better than before! I hope I don't have to go back for more body work but in the event I do I will always choose Hamont!

Was referred to this body shop by our local mechanic who has never steered us wrong before and didn't this time. My daughter was involved in a couple of minor "fender benders" and Hamont Body works repaired 2 out of the 3 vehicles. Very pleased with the work and the price. The only thing that I was not pleased with was the fact that I had to call and follow up with status of the vehicle(s) when I was told that I would be called - that's the reason for the scores under responsiveness and puntuality. The work is excellent and David, the owner, is the 3rd generation owner of this family run business. In fairness to the shop, it was the height of pollen season, which did wreak havoc with their painting schedule. I would definitely use them again and recommend their work, since the repairs came in UNDER the initial estimate.
