GROOMS' HEATING & AIR COND

Today I woke up without heat and called Royal Heating and Air not expecting to speak to anyone since it wasn't even 7 am. However to my surprise the owner Mike picked up the phone and I told him the problem. He scheduled me for today and came right out to inspect my air conditioning unit. He called me on the phonrbsndvleft a message to call back. I immediately called back and he explained the problem was the heating element going bad. He also told me that the draft inductor motor was going bad. He clearly explained it wasn't completely gone yet but will be in the near future. However he wanted to give me the option of replacing it now or waiting. He also offered to show me the problem. He explained that he would. Be back no later than 4 pm to complete the job. I also told him about the upstairs unit working on auxiliary heat and he offered to look at it for free. He came back as promised and fixed the heat. He also found out the upstairs unit freon was low and fixed that issue too. He showed me why the motor was going bad, but I decided to wait. He did write on the repair bill the price of what he was going to charge me or the motor, the price was reasonable. What I appreciated the most was that he thoroughly explained the issues that were wrong with my units. He made it very understandable as a woman this was appreciated. He has done work for me in the past and has always done an awesome job.
