Description of Work: Technician Willie Ross, has been our Gill Security consultant for the past year and he has never failed to provide excellent service. Not only is he kind and professional, he tries his best to help his customers in any way he can. This winter our security system stopped working and and we were very short on money due to other repairs we had to make to our heating unit, so Willie talked me through trouble shooting the system and fixing the issue over the phone so that I did not have to pay the service fee. He was truly a life saver. Our family would recommend this company to anyone!

They were very thorough in explaining the process of what they were doing and they were very thorough in walking us through our new system and even assisted us on setting up the app on our phone and computer. I am very pleased with the experience and company. I am happy with the work completed and will suggest this company to others!
Description of Work: We have recently purchased a house that had a preexisting security system that was old and outdated. Gill Security came in and replaced the old unit and motherboard and installed an updated system and set up our security system.

New number pads for both buildings, they walked me through the use and a variety of settings which I didn't even realise would come standard with the system. Answered all my questions, gave me a contact phone number for the installer which I called with questions a few days later. He answered every question I had and was friendly about it. I have had no problems with this company and would (and have already) recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Install alarm on two buildings, to include text alerts when alarm disabled, enabled, or triggered.

 + -1 moreThey were telephonic. The woman I was speaking with I liked so much better than the other woman from another company. I liked their answers better. Their price was better, but not that great. I was impressed with their personality.
Description of Work: Added to/upgraded my security system that had been installed 20 + years ago. Upgraded my system and took over the monitoring.
