+ -1 moreFor background, the previous home owners used painter's caulk to fill cracks in the chimney crown about 2 years ago. The inspector came by and told me exactly what I needed and gave me a quote to fix it for $800, but then refused to schedule anything with me because it is a multi-day process and seemed like a job he was very unenthusiastic about. He wouldn't even refer me to someone else to do the job. That is why I am not entirely satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: He swept and inspected our chimney and did a great job of that, but then found issues that he said his company was capable of repairing, but was unable and uninterested in scheduling the repair job required.

Description of Work: I have used this service for the past 12 years. They clean the gutters on my home and that of my parents on a regular schedule three times every year. We also schedule bi-annual exterior house washing. The work is always done thoroughly and with care. Randy and his work crew, all of whom have been with him for a number of years, are very courteous and professional, and they have always arrived as scheduled or, if some delay occurs, Randy has called to advise about the estimated arrival time. I would definitely recommend Gail's Cleaning Service for all window, gutter or house cleaning.

Gails Cleaning service closed up my fireplace, installed a new damper, cleaned the chimney and capped it off to get it ready to put in a gas log insert. The staff was very punctual and timely. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up well. They had a drop cloth down while working to help with the mess. The staff was very friendly and personable. I will use them again in the future.

gutter cleaning
+ -1 moreIt came out very well, they are very friendly people. The price was affordable. The quality of work was phenomenal. They were very professional and personable. They actually talked to you and communicated with you, told you what they were doing and what needed to be done. They were very good.
Description of Work: Gails Cleaning Service did the gutter cleaning, sealing and pressure washed them and the house. They also pressure washed the deck so I could stain it.
