We were recommended to use Fred and have always been pleased. Some
people you just have a weird feeling about being in your home with your
family, but not Fred. I trust him and he has done great work for us,
our church, and our friends. He's honest and dependable. I realize one
review is negative on here. I think that was about the time he had
some health issues. But he's back at it now. Once you meet him, you'll
see why we've used him for years.

It started with being lied to about a being called within a time frame so I did not call him again as I was already tired of being lied to by others.

Mr Moore arrived at my house on time, installed the dishwasher, and even pointed out that the existing copper water line was not up to date for current code requirements any more. He replaced the old copper line with a new flexible tube that was up to code. He then rechecked my faulty sink installation, fixed it, and showed me what I had done wrong. He only charged me at cost for the parts, and only for a one-hour service call although he was at my house longer than that. He also has the lowest milage cost of any plumbing business in Fayetteville. The whole install was cheaper than if I had had the place where I bought the dishwasher come out to do the installation, and who knows if they would have replaced the outdated copper tubing! They definitely would not have fixed my failed do-it-yourself sink installation
