Flooring America of Fayetteville

Klinton at Flooring America made this a positive experience. He called us to see how our decision-making process was going, knowing that we were checking other flooring stores. He stated often that he was eager to work with us to get our business but was not pushy. He did work with us and his estimate was quite a bit lower than that of others. I had to physically go into one other store twice to get them to talk to me a second time and when they did, their estimate was higher for the same product. He introduced us to the person who headed the work team that did the installation so that we would feel comfortable with them. He often complimented the men in the work team, too, which gave me confidence in the men who would be putting in our flooring. On the day of the installation, we were thrilled with the positive attitudes that flowed throughout the house. The work got done, our flooring is in, and it is beautiful. We are wondering why we didn't do it earlier.
