I should have read all the other reviews about this establishment that would have been a no go from the get go. I saw the house on a local website June 2012 and made an appointment to see the house. I met a lady who knew nothing about the house when I asked simple questions, yet another red flag she should have read up on the house at least before showing it she was just as clueless as I was about the house. It was a perfect starter house for a decent price in a great neighborhood. No matter how good the house is for a great price I wont EVER rent from here again, lesson learned! When I would go to the office to drop rent off or for some other business I wouldn't ever get properly greeted and the co-workers would just carry on their conversation like a customer didn't just walk in. Every single person in that office was rude just talking negative about other tenants infront of whoever whenever. They did one inspection during the course of my vacancy which I was notified by mail. In the letter it said if I didn't reply within a certain amount of time they would charge me. Excuse me, I am in the military my schedule doesn't revolve around me let alone some ridiculous property office. If I was in training where I couldn't check the mail they would charge me because I didn't set up an appointment in the allotted time. If it was that pertinent they would have mailed, e-mailed, called and left messages but no one single letter. They say they are military friendly, what a crock! Not what glitters is gold! When it came time to move out due to a deployment early 2014 I scheduled an appointment to do the final inspection with a new agent who I wasn't even informed replaced the old one. I had many more appointments to attend that day and the final inspection was supposed to be at 1pm he called me at 1250pm stating he just got out of a meeting with the owner and is on his way. From the office to my house take 45 minutes max with heavy traffic. I waited an hour before I called him and said I had to leave for other appointments and explained that the utilities will be cut off that day and I had many other things to do. We went back and forth saying he would charge me the whole security deposit of $750 to turn on utilities and do the inspection on his own. He missed the appointment and was going to charge me for his failure. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone they are a waste of time and money!

We are currently renting a house from them and they are the worst company we have ever dealt with. We have been renting from them for 2 years and love the house and location, but are moving because of the poor customer service. Since day 1 they have been unprofessional and rude. Repairs are not done on a timely manner, if done at all. It takes multiple phone calls and requests before anything gets done. In April a tree fell on the house making a large hole in the roof. The neighbors came and tarped it for us because their maintenance crew did nothing. No repairs were made to the house and at the end of June the roof and ceiling collapsed because of rain damage from the hole. It took 2 weeks for them to start repairing the house. When beginning the repairs we were told they had to fix both bedrooms so we have now been sleeping and living in the family room. We are unable to use the air conditioner because of the construction and the fan in the living room broke. It's been 3 days and they still have not come and fixed the fan (it's 101 degrees outside, currently 89 in our house). They have not returned our calls. They also told us that it was a courtesy for them to give us a discount in rent and it is not a requirement. Our contract is for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage house but we are currently only able to use 1 bedroom and one bath yet they still expect us to pay the same price in rent. This is not the only incident we have had with this company but it is the worst. Various small repairs and requests have gone unanswered. They were not flexible around peoples work schedules when it came to the yearly property inspection, refusing to reschedule and charging a fee if you are not there and they can not get in. We asked them to reschedule by about 2 hours because we were going to be out of town and not returning until that time. They said we could either leave the alarm unarmed, give them the code, or pay a fee. Since we did not feel comfortable with any of those options we had to have a friend come and let them in. When at the office to speak with them personally, Angela, our property manager, did not look at me once during our conversation. She continued to do work around her desk filing papers and just generally not paying attention to the fact that I was there.

This is an awful company. The people who work there are rude and unprofessional. They don't seem to know anything, you call to tell them something doesn't work and they have to ask someone else if it is covered in the lease. Our air conditioner went out on us during the heat wave we had here and it was 90 degrees in our house, we have a small child there as well and they told us that they did not have to fix the ac because it was a luxury and we would have to take care of it. So I had the freon refilled and then called them to ask if I could deduct if from my rent since clearly in my lease it said that they would be responsible and of course was told no, then 2 days before we moved they replaced the ac unit. After we moved out we were charged $300 for a cleaning crew (after we had made the house cleaner than we had gotten it) for 12 hours of labor along with $80 for them cutting the electricity back on for 2 weeks for the cleaning crew to clean for 12 hours. On our move out inspection, the lady doing the inspection was 30 min late becase she didn't know where the house was. This is an awful company who will try to do everything possible to not give you what you deserve. If you rent from this company then you will be dissappointed.
