Description of Work: We needed our backyard re-sodded and two trees trimmed so we received a quote from the owner, Tim, and decided to hire them. We were told they do all of their scheduling on Sunday and would receive a call informing us of the day they would come out to do the job. Well, they never did call and the day they came out there was a torrential downpour so when they unloaded the pallets of sod not only did they block our driveway but they left stacks of sod on our front lawn as rain was pouring down causing our front lawn, street and driveway to become covered in mud. Then, as they were wheelbarrowing the sod down to our backyard, the wet grass was trampled upon and destroyed. Almost one year later, we still have a path from where they wheelbarrowed the sod and bald patches on our front lawn from where they stacked the sod. Also, they were supposed to trim a plum tree and crepe myrtle in our yard. They erroneously trimmed a cherry tree in lieu of the crepe myrtle. It could take years to undo the damage they did to our cherry tree. I would never hire these unprofessional idiots to do anything ever again. Do not give these people your hard earned money, they do not deserve it!

Description of Work: They were hired to trim and prune a large tree as well as cleanup the front yard. They rescheduled twice because they did not have enough workers. When they finally showed up they asked me what was to be done, we are renting and this was scheduled with the property owner. I then had to call the property owner to find out what was to be completed. Then the man in charge proceeds to tell me he didn' t know about the tree and would have to come back another day but not the same week, this was the week of Easter.After an hour a truck load of workers appeared and did the front quickly and poorly. The shrubs are not trimmed straight they have a "wave" to them and they stood on the air conditioning unit to "trim" the tree (which I did not know until I heard the house shaking). While they were "trimming" the tree they cut the lines of the air conditioner! After talking to other people in the community I would not hire them my self!

 + -1 moreI used the team at Say It Ville Landscaping and Lawn Care to do some work for me. The team was very professional and was able to complete the project in a very timely manner. I ended up needing the whole back yard re-landscaped and Say It did great work. I would use their service again in the future.

 + -1 moreI contacted them via email and it took them 2 days to reply to me by phone, this was the first mistake that should of warned me but I thought, maybe they are just busy and not look to much into it. So I talked to a lady (cannot remember her name) but she first tells me that they cannot even come out until the following week just to give an estimate. I explained to her my grass has not been mowed in 3 weeks, my husband just deployed and I have numerous trees/ bushes that need trimming. She said they would try to get out earlier and that the owner was right there in the office with her so I told her to call me on Thursday and I will meet the owner at the house to do an estimate and she said they could get to my lawn on Friday. So thursay I have my cell phone with me all day and I get all my calls except theirs so I just thought they do not want my business. Then all of a sudden on Friday I get a call from the lady I spoke to originally and she says the owner is going to be in the area and can com e out to do an estimate. She is rude on the phone and I should of said forget it but I waited for the owner to come out. He shows up and I walk around to show him what I need done now, mowing and lawn/trim trees and bushes and what I am thinking of getting down later. He takes my email address and says I will receive an email with an estimate of the services I would like done. Well I never received that estimate via email and never recieved a phone call either to give me an estimate. I was completely ignored!! Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Don't understand how companies get away with treating people like this. Would not recommend to anyone.

 + -1 moreTony does a very good job cutting the yard and pulling weeds. The edging is very good. They have several services that they offer. He is very dependable. If there is a problem he is willing to take care of it.

 + -1 moreThey are great. They charge me $50 every time they come out. They are not very punctual sometimes when it rains, but they have never been that bad.
Description of Work: I use the services of Fayetteville Landscaping & Lawn Management for my lawn and yard work. They maintain my yard. Their last visit to my house was yesterday. They cut the grass, mow, edge and do weeding as well.
