Done Right Concrete

So far I am happy with his services,calls you back when you call him, stays in contact with you, tells you when and what time he will be there , and shows up . His crew does most of the set up, he has a lead man that’s awesome his name is Jack 67 years old , you should of heard him on our camera making sure the crew stayed working and was doing a great job (boss man ) doesn’t have to worry about the job. Concrete day he was out there working just as hard as his crew if not harder.

My patio looks amazing! I am blown away by their work. I described what I wanted and they nailed it. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing concrete done.

We received several estimates and by far this was the best one. Great service and very professional. The next project we will certainly contact them again.

John's crew knocked the whole job out in a couple days. I was really impressed. They did a great job! They added real nice touches (stamping) at the end of the driveway as well as the walkway. The also added borders along the driveway, sort of like a picture frame effect.

Mr. John was hired to extend an existing patio, but I decided to remove the old patio and start from scratch. The job included removing the old concrete patio, I showed Mr. John a picture of the patio design I wanted and he began work. It took a litlle time beacuse of the rain and cold weather, as Mr. John suggested we waited in order to have the best quality work. He resumed work and the end product is excellent, the patio looks amazing and practical for summer outdoor fun.

I have had a terrible time with trying to get local contractors to do work in Raeford. I have for months contacted contractors to get small jobs done at my residence. They either show to give an estimate or never return calls. I for some reason get promising initial calls and get the ball going only to never hear from them again even after we have made plans to start. I then reached out to Angie list and found John Cain. What a wonderful experience he immediately contacted me and we had the entire project done in two weeks. This was after a cold call he was able to work me in and do it fast with great results. He was professional with constantly updating me on where we were with scheduling. This is important because of all the rain we had received. He managed to work me in and did it during all the other projects that he had ongoing. Another important part of this project was that he made on the spot changes with no complaining, and was more that happy to help with his experience with this project. He provided valuable insight and gave sound advice about upcoming projects without trying to make a dollar. Overall the job was done right, on time and with a great attitude. I will use Mr. Cain for all my upcoming projects in the future.

Called John and he came out to give me an estimate within a few days. He laid the slab 2 days after that. He was on time, professional and my end result was exactly what I had asked for at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend him to friends and neighbors.

John Cain was very responsive with an estimate and after deciding to hire him, he scheduled work on my requested week. He and his crew arrived at the stated time each day and worked very hard to tear up concrete and the many roots under the garage floor, driveway, and large sidewalk . They were prompt, professional, hard workers, and love their jobs. He explained in detail everything to be done and does quality work. You will not go wrong if you hire Done Right Concrete. The result is a beautifully Stamped walkway, driveway with some Stamp work, and garage floor.

John and his crew did an outstanding job, on time and on budget. While they had to wait for a concrete delivery pushing quitting time back, they didn't seem to let that affect them. They stayed till the job was completed and cleaned up the site. While I could have probably gotten the job cheaper, the quality of workmanship and the finished job was worth it to me. The stamping they did on the edgeing was definately a nice touch. I will definately use them again.

The job they did was wonderful. He's pretty popular around here. He does his job in a timely manner. He's knowledgeable and experienced with his craft.
