 + -1 moreThese folks are excellent! They come by the house every 2 months. I am always a bit concerned about chemicals in or around the house and they are aware of that. Mr. Nutter is the staff person who works with us. he is always on time and very accommodating. He also phones the day before he arrives to remind us of our appointment. He sorted the mice/rat in our attic within a day. I highly recommend this service.
Description of Work: Sprays for bugs every two months. Responding to our concern about a mouse/rate in attic.

Description of Work: My home was infested, we were in dire straights. We called several pest control companies in our area, but none were able to work with us financially. Mike from Dodson came out and inspected the house and began to treat our house immediately. We were worried because we hadn't discussed the money yet. Mike told us that our home required immediate attention and that we could set up payment arrangements later. It took some time but just as promised our home was pest free in just 3 months. We would have never been able to afford getting our home in this good a shape without the kind work from that initial inspection and immediate action. I highly recommend Dodson Pest Control to all my friends and family:)

 + -1 moreI called Dodson Pest Control about 2 1/2-3 weeks ago to schedule a reguar pest / termite inspection and to get any suggestions on regular pest control maintenance I may need. I was given the date with 2 choices in the times and chose the 3-5 slot. I left work at 2 to be home, and at 4:30 I called the office and I was asked "if I knew who was supposed to be here?, how was I supposed to know that....I dont work there, I just know I'm waiting for someone to be at my house by 5. The lady assured my that they guy would be at my house by 5. Well, at 5:00, there was no Dodson Pest Control. I called them back and a different guy answered the phone and I told him to tell whoever was supposed to come by my house to forget it, I have things to do. I didn't get an apology or an explaination (not that it would have mattered). I beleive in first impressions, and they did not leave a very good one.
Description of Work: I was only trying to get a pest inspection with suggestions on regular pest control.
