They are wonderful. They do routine maintenance twice a year. We haven't had any problems. We have received wonderful service from them. They tell you that you can call them day and night. They always call the day before they are coming to make sure the day and time are coming. They call the day of to make sure that the time is still okay for me.

They come once in every six months for servicing our air conditioning unit. They have been really professional when they came out to reinstall our air conditioning unit. They were concerned about how the equipment is going to work. Our overall experience with them has been good. Their pricing is excellent too.

I would rate them high across the board and I would use them again in the future.

The replacement of the heating and air unit was the last project I needed complete in a remodel of a rental property. I decided on Day and night for the project. They were not the lowest bid that I received, but they were close and within my budget. I chose them because of there salesman. He gave me several quotes on different packages. I dealt with 5 companies to get quotes from. I only heard back from 3 of those companies with an actual quote. From that experience I felt day and night was the business to get the job done. The removal of the old system and the install of the new one went well. They originally planned the job to take 5 days. It actually took them 4. I had the floors in the home refinished not more than a week before they started the project. They used great caution not to damage the floors by laying down plastic and blankets. Of course they cleaned up their mess as they worked. The entire install went smooth. They did damage the inside trim of the closet that stored the furnace. This was brought to my attention by the lead installer. He scheduled a time with me to replace the trim the following week. He replaced the trim himself. Overall, I would say that my experience was excellent. They were prompt and very professional throughout the entire process. This is a rare quality that you find in a military town. It is difficult to find a business in a town like this that will be professional, want your repeat business and give you a fair price. If you need HVAC work done, I would recommend Day and Night.

Great work, a existing water line that was rusted to the point of being weak broke during the job and they supplied a plumber to replace the line from the back of the house to the front street curbside at no extra expense to us. I am very pleased with the job Day and Night performed and the employees, also the materials and equipment they installed was top quality.

On time. and courteous. They service what they sell. I have had this system that I bought from them for over 7 years with very little problems. They are a little hard to get when emergency situations coincide with extreme weather (and they usually do) but they will, at least, keep you posted as to what is going on. I find their prices reasonable compared to the last company I had (now out of business). The technicians are polite and know their stuff.
